Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Perishable or opened pet food items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
